About Us

The Group was formed over 28 years ago by the then Managing Director, the late Mr Ian R. Conolly. Over these years, the group has successfully owned and operated motels, country clubs, resorts, hotels and golf courses around South Australia. Currently, under the direction of Chief Executive Officer Mr Andrew Bullock, Country Club Hotels & Resorts manage and operate the following properties: McCracken Country Club in Victor Harbor, Clare Country Club in the Clare Valley, John Pirie Motor Inn at Port Pirie, the Naracoorte Hotel/Motel in Naracoorte, the Royal Coach Motor Inn and the Adelaide Meridien Hotel & Apartments, both in Adelaide. We also offer marketing and management consultancy to the Mannum Motel in Mannum.

Over the past 28 years the company has been heavily involved in regional tourism in South Australia on a variety of levels including proprietorship of motels and country clubs as well as providing consultancy support to various property’s within the industry. The Group is proud to be fully South Australian owned and operated and employ over 170 South Australian’s within the different properties in the group, making us one of the largest regional tourism employers in the State.

We are heavily involved in conferencing, functions, business meetings and weddings at all of our property’s and consider that a core function of our business.
